Frequently Asked Questions

Are there shipping fees for skis, bindings, and accessories (within Canada and internationally)?

Delivery is free throughout Quebec and Canada for Ferreol ski purchases. For international orders (United States, Europe, etc.), shipping fees apply depending on your region. We work with reliable carriers to ensure your skis arrive quickly and safely.

Is it possible to see and buy Ferreol skis in store?

Yes! Our skis are available online at Ferreol.ca and at several retailers in Quebec, Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia. Check our Retailers section to find the store nearest you.

Is it possible to try Ferreol skis before buying them? (demos, events, etc.)

Yes, we regularly organize demo days at ski resorts in Quebec and elsewhere in Canada. Check our events calendar HERE or contact us to find out where to test our carving, freeride, and alpine touring skis.

Where are Ferreol skis produced?

After being designed and tested in our Innovation Lab in Beaupré, all our skis are manufactured in Rimouski, Quebec, using local and eco-responsible materials (wood, flax fiber, Scalium™). Buying Ferreol means supporting a 100% Canadian brand.

Can you do Telemark skiing with Ferreol skis?

Yes! All our models are compatible with Telemark bindings. Contact our team for advice on the model best suited to your needs.

Which ski model is right for me?

It all depends on your style: carving in the resort, freeriding in powder, or alpine touring. Our online Ski Finder quiz helps you find the Ferreol ski that best suits your needs.

What equipment (bindings, climbing skins, etc.) is compatible with Ferreol skis?

Our skis are compatible with most alpine and touring bindings on the market. We also offer a custom cutting service for your climbing skins, ensuring a perfect fit for your skis.

How do I choose the right brake width for my bindings?

The brake width should always be slightly greater than the width of your skis (e.g., 96mm skis = 100mm brakes). Our team can advise you when you make your purchase.

What warranty does my skis come with?

All our skis are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. In case of any problem, our team based in Quebec is there to help you quickly.
