REFUND POLICY

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In the event that your FERREOL product does not meet your needs, our refund policy allows you to return the product within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the product must not have been used and must be in new condition, in its original packaging. Proof of purchase must also be presented for all return and refund requests.

Return and refund requests will be processed by FERREOL only for purchases made on ferreol.ca or with our sales team. For purchases of FERREOL products made through our authorized dealers, please contact their customer service department directly for their return policy.

Always contact the dealer from whom you purchased your FERREOL products before returning them. Products returned without prior request will not be accepted. Returns older than 30 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted. FERREOL reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our warranty policy. Please note that shipping costs are not refunded by FERREOL.

RETURN PROCEDURE

For products purchased from an authorized FERREOL dealer, contact the dealer's customer service department directly for return instructions. For products purchased directly from FERREOL, follow these steps:

1. Send us the information regarding your refund request using the refund request form. Requests may take up to 10 business days to process. Once your refund request has been processed and accepted by our customer service department, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for returning the product.

2. If the product needs to be returned, please make sure to:

  • Include a copy of proof of purchase (invoice or packing slip) in the return box;
  • Affix the shipping label to the return box if you are having the product delivered by a carrier;
  • Return the product to the drop-off location or have it delivered.

3. Once the product is received and verified by FERREOL, the customer service department will ensure that the product meets the return conditions and that it is in new condition for resale. If so, you will be reimbursed by your credit card issuer within 10 business days.


EXCEPTIONS

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on the following products:

  • gift and promotional cards;
  • items on clearance or final sale;
  • cut skins;
  • avalanche safety equipment.
