Choosing the right ski size is very important for an optimal skiing experience. There are several factors to consider when choosing the size of your ski, such as: its size, its weight and the type of ski.

  • For downhill skiing : On-piste skis need to be agile, responsive and able to make turns. It is advisable to choose skis that are 10 cm smaller than the recommended size.

  • For freestyle skiing : Freestyle skis are designed in Twin Tip mode, which means they have a reduced contact area with the snow. To ensure stability and agility, it is advisable to choose a ski of your size. 

  • For touring skiing It's best to choose a ski of your size.

  • For freeride skiing : Freeride skis need to offer stability at high speeds and float in powder. It is recommended that you select A ski of your size, up to 10 cm more.
