GUARANTEE
The warranty on Ferreol skis is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. All warranty claims must be accompanied by a copy of the original proof of purchase (if the original proof of purchase cannot be provided when submitting a warranty return, Ferreol will use the manufacturing date as the starting point of the warranty period).
The item will be repaired or replaced if, after inspection by a certified technician from the Ferreol Innovation Lab, it is found to have a defect in materials or workmanship.
Only Ferreol skis are covered by this warranty, excluding products from other companies such as bindings and climbing skins, which are covered by their respective manufacturers’ warranties.
WARRANTY PERIOD
All Ferreol skis are covered by a TWO-year warranty period from the date of purchase.
WHAT IS COVERED
- Delamination;
- Material separation;
- A drastic change in ski performance due to a manufacturing defect.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
- Any damage caused by ski crossing or by use on surfaces other than snow and ice;
- Wear to the ski’s edges, base, or aesthetics resulting from tuning, collision with an object, or impact during use;
- Changes in physical properties over time depending on frequency of use;
- Any damage related to improper binding installation (e.g., use of an incorrect model or drill bit);
- Damage caused by modifications made to the ski;
- All costs related to mounting or transferring bindings;
- All costs related to maintenance, waxing, or tuning;

All shipping or transportation costs.
Even though we use the highest-quality materials and manufacturing processes to build our skis, excessive use may still damage the product. This is beyond our control, which is why the warranty cannot be applied in such cases. Taking proper care of your skis is key to ensuring they last for many years.
