Stiffness profiles
At Ferreol, every ski is measured, not just described. We publish the actual flex and torsion curves of the Zigzag 92, in Nm², because they tell you exactly how the ski behaves underfoot, at the tip, and at the tail. Where most brands stop at "stiff" or "soft," we provide the complete data. This is our engineering, laid bare.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Can the ZigZag 92 be used outside the snow park, on regular slopes?
The ZigZag 92 is an all-mountain, twin-tip ski surprisingly suited for the whole mountain. Like all Ferreol skis, it stands out for its versatility. Its 92 mm width and dynamic construction make it a joy to ski on groomed runs, in the glades, and over moguls. This ski is designed for skiers who enjoy hitting features as much as exploring the mountain.
Its construction is primarily designed for the snow park; it's more robust and therefore heavier than other models, with oversized edges and base.
Is this ski as good for tricks as it is for speed in the park?
The ZigZag 92 was designed to be dynamic and playful in all park situations: jumps, rails, halfpipe, bumps. Its twin-tip construction (identical front and rear tips) allows it to gain speed in both directions. It is as stable at low speeds as it is at high speeds thanks to its balanced stiffness. Freestyle skiers choose it for park days, but also because it's enjoyable all over the mountain.
What is the difference between a twin-tip like the ZigZag 92 and an all-mountain like the Explo 96?
The ZigZag 92 is symmetrical and performs equally well forwards and backwards, which is essential for tricks and jump landings. The ZigZag 92 is more playful and less precise on hard-packed snow.
The Explo 96 is optimized for skiing forwards and offers more performance outside the snow park.
If your priority is freestyle, choose the ZigZag. If you do a bit of everything, the Explo 96 is more versatile.
One size (177 cm), does it fit all body types?
The ZigZag 92 is only available in 177 cm, which positions it for intermediate skiers generally between 170 and 185 cm tall. This is a versatile size that covers the majority of adult skiers. For shorter or taller skiers, we recommend consulting our team before purchasing.
How does the ZigZag perform in the snow park?
The ZigZag 92 is in its element in the park. Its twin-tip construction allows for clean landings in both directions. Its balanced stiffness provides confidence on features and jumps. Its tip and tail rockers make it easy to initiate and exit turns. It's dynamic, playful, and stable all at once – exactly what a freestyle skier is looking for.
