In the event that your FERREOL product does not meet your needs, our refund policy allows you to return the product within 30 days of the purchase date. Return and refund requests will be processed by FERREOL only for purchases made on the website at ferreol.ca or by our sales team. For purchases of FERREOL products made through our authorized dealers, please contact their customer service department directly for their return policy.
