Each Draveur is meticulously handcrafted in small batches by Ferreol's team in Ste-Anne-de-Beaupré. The first deliveries are scheduled between January 15th and January 31st, 2024. We are making every effort to ensure the exceptional quality of each Draveur, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this meticulous production period. We look forward to delivering an outstanding product to enhance your snowboarding experience.

We would like to inform you that quantities of the Draveur are extremely limited. Due to the artisanal craftsmanship and our commitment to quality, we have intentionally restricted the number of units available. This ensures not only the exclusivity of each splitboard but also your chance to own a unique piece in a highly limited series.

Get ready to push the limits of winter exploration with our splitboard. Your next epic descent starts here! The first prototype of this split saw the light of day in winter 2021. It has withstood a variety of trials and conditions, emerging as a trusted companion for intrepid riders.

Featuring avant-garde volume-shifted geometry, the Draveur is designed to dominate every nuance of Eastern terrain. Undergrowth of the Saguenay to the couloirs of the Eastern Townships, this splitboard adapts gracefully to every environment, becoming your ultimate ally.

The secret of its agility lies in its well-thought-out taper and width, offering a unique experience of effortless floating in the snow. Your legs will thank you as you navigate smoothly through the powder.

The Draveur isn't just playful, it also excels in robustness. Its stiffness profile, soft between the feet, provides a pleasant flex, while the high torsional stiffness guarantees exceptional hold in firmer conditions. So you get a splitboard that's playful, but with incomparable stability even on the most demanding terrain.

Designed for enthusiasts weighing from 150 lb to 215 lb or wearing boots from 9.5 to 11.5 US, it offers a platform suited to a multitude of profiles.

  • Maximum floatation: The volume shifted geometry increases the floatation surface, ensuring an unparalleled gliding experience. Perfectly suited for Eastern conditions, this splitboard allows you to surf effortlessly through powder, from tight wooded areas to steep slopes.
  • Optimal compatibility with the climbing skins : The tail geometry is meticulously designed around the clips, ensuring perfect compatibility with your climbing skins. Smart integration to facilitate ascents and maximize efficiency in varied terrain.
  • Increased maneuverability: The softened rigidity between the bindings offers exceptional maneuverability. Navigate with confidence, utilizing the board's flexibility for precise turns and optimal responsiveness, even in changing conditions.
  • High torsional stiffness: Despite its softened rigidity, the Draveur maintains exceptional torsional resistance. This board provides outstanding stability, even on the most challenging terrains.
  • Eco-friendly: The use of flax fibre is both lightweight and eco-friendly, delivering exceptional performance while minimizing environmental impact.
  • UHMW and maple sidewall: The combination of an external UHMW sidewall and internal maple sidewall provides strategically placed rigidity and resistance. This construction ensures outstanding durability where it matters most, guaranteeing the longevity of your splitboard.
  • Timeless aesthetics: The timeless aesthetics of the Draveur highlight the beauty of natural fiber, creating an elegant visual that reflects the quality and authenticity of this board.

The Draveur boasts a glossy finish that not only gives it a remarkable aesthetic appeal but also provides additional protection. Please note that the currently available photos were taken with a version of a previous prototype, and while the color remains the same, improvements and adjustments may have been made to the overall design.

Unique composition: The construction with flax fibre gives the Draveur an exceptionally low carbon footprint. This eco-friendly approach sacrifices nothing in terms of performance, providing an unparalleled gliding experience while minimizing environmental impact.

Maple sidewall: Inside the Draveur, the maple sidewall not only adds extra robustness but also reinforces the commitment to sustainability. Maple, a natural and resilient wood, significantly contributes to the overall strength of the splitboard.

Steel edges: The steel edges, integrated into the internal joint of the Draveur, ensure a firm grip on the snow, even in ascent mode. This feature ensures total control during your ascents and descents, offering unmatched versatility in all conditions.

Limited edition, handcrafted production: Each Draveur, in its limited edition, is meticulously handcrafted in small batches by the dedicated team at Ferreol. The Ste-Anne-de-Beaupré laboratory is the birthplace of this special edition, where craftsmanship meets passion to create a one-of-a-kind splitboard.

Composition of the carbon footprint: An overview

The Draveur has an average carbon footprint of 17.22 KGCO2EQ, which roughly corresponds to the carbon emissions produced by a small compact car over 90 km.

Composition of the carbon footprint: Materials

By substituting synthetic fibres with flax fibre, we have significantly reduced the carbon footprint of the Draveur without compromising its performance. Also, the use of biosourced topsheet and epoxy further reduces the environmental impact. It is one of the most eco-friendly splitboards in the world in its category.
