SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping policies and conditions apply only to purchases made on ferreol.ca or with the FERREOL sales team. For purchases of FERREOL products from our authorized dealers, please contact their customer service department directly for their shipping policy.

STEPS TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER

  1. Once the transaction is completed on ferreol.ca we will send you an email confirming your purchase. Please check your junk mail box if you did not receive the confirmation email.
  2. Once your order is entered into our system, we process it within 48 to 72 business hours.
  3. Once your order is processed by our customer service department, your order is shipped and we send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that there may be a 24 hour delay before the tracking number is activated by the carrier.
  4. If within the above time frame you have not received a shipping confirmation, please contact us at service@ferreol.ca. Before contacting us, please make sure that the email is not in your junk mail box.

Please note that FERREOL products are currently available in Canada only. Please contact the sales department by email atservice@ferreol.ca for any purchase request outside Canada.

CARRIER, DELIVERY TIMES AND RATES

At FERREOL, we attach great importance to offering you a reliable, efficient and fast delivery service. This is why we always select the best carrier to deliver your order.

Please note that depending on the number of items in your order, it may be sent in several packages. As an indication, delivery times are generally 2 business days or more. Deliveries may vary depending on the carrier, the weight of your package, the shipping location, or the traffic, and are completely out of our control.

In the event of a return or refund, shipping charges are non-refundable. Please refer to our return and refund policy to know the conditions related to the return of FERREOL products.

If your package is lost, contact the carrier's customer service department to verify the status of the delivery.

FERREOL is not responsible for carrier delivery delays or problems. The service guarantee may be suspended, modified or revoked at the carrier's sole discretion. When a shipment does not meet the carrier's conditions, the carrier reserves the right to (i) refuse to transport such shipment (ii) cancel or discontinue the transportation of such shipment (iii) claim and bill the customer for shipping charges.

FERREOL shall not assume any liability whatsoever for any loss or damage resulting directly or indirectly from any delay, error in delivery or failure to deliver by the carrier, and shall be released from any claim or liability arising out of the transportation or delivery of dangerous goods or goods which do not conform to the carrier's instructions. The carrier may charge an additional fee for shipments that require special handling. These additional charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Refer to the carrier's policies and conditions for complete terms and conditions of service. Shipping charges are calculated automatically at the final stage of the order on ferreol.ca. Shipping rates and surcharges are determined by the carrier and are subject to the terms of the agreement. Service rates and surcharges do not include applicable customs clearance fees. Please always refer to the carrier's terms, policies and conditions of service.
