Since the beginning of its young existence, the company has distinguished itself in several spheres of entrepreneurship and this is what has allowed it to collect several awards and distinctions. The company wishes to thank each employee who contributed to propelling Ferreol.

The Ferreol team is proud to have won the Gala Forces AVENIR in the Entrepreneurship, Business and Economic Life category, among all university applications from Quebec!
We are very grateful to receive this award which aims to promote student engagement, which for us translates to being the foundation of our own company!
Eggenius Envol Bursary
In May 2020, Ferreol was declared a finalist and winner of the competition Eggenius Envol, a competition aimed at encouraging the business development of students from the Faculty of Science and Engineering and Laval University. The donor being the Royal Bank of Canada, Ferreol was awarded a prize of $15,000 which will fund research and development and the expansion of the company.
Forces AVENIR scholarship
In March 2020, Ferreol was selected as a finalist in the Business and Economic Life category at Laval University. This university-level distinction earned a $500 scholarship.
In April 2020, Ferreol was selected among three companies finalists in the Forces AVENIR Capitale-Nationale sector competition in the Business and Economic Life category and was awarded a scholarship of $2000.
Laval Entrepreneurship Grant
In April 2020, Ferreol was awarded a $1,000 scholarship and a $2,000 favorite prize when he participated in the business plan competition organized by
Mitacs Grant
In October 2019, Ferreol obtained a Mitacs Accelerate grant to continue in-house research and development regarding the integration of natural fibers in alpine skis.
VIP3 program
In September 2019, Ferreol was selected to be one of the companies participating in the VIP3 incubation program, a program set up by Entrepreneuriat Laval and Eggenius aiming to help entrepreneurs in the Faculty of Science and Engineering develop their entrepreneurial knowledge.
Eggenius Awakening Purse
In April 2019, Ferreol was awarded the scholarship Eggenius Eveil, a scholarship aimed at encouraging the start-up of businesses by students of the Faculty of Science and Engineering of the 'Laval University. Presented by the donor DS Avocats, the scholarship contributed to the launch of the company by financing part of the first stages of research and development.
